I was just reading a post on here where someone wanted patterns using 3 fabrics. How about patterns using 2 fabrics? Any ideas?

Ohio Star is an easy nine patch that looks good in just two fabrics.

We're doing a Jacob's Ladder at church right now and it is gorgeous! Two shades of blue.

I would do pinwheels or stars, with alternating the colors on where they go. :)

I have a old pineapple quilt that was my mom's made with red and white... It's really pretty! I put it on the bed during the winter months.

Hunter's Star

It can vary so much on the actual fabric as to what might be realistic to do.
