Block pattern help needed

I'm looking for a pattern that I could incorporate embroidery design into the quilting blocks. I came a block called intertwined block. Does anyone of you know where I could find this block pattern? Thank you for your help.

There is a pattern for 'Interlaced Block' on quilterscache.com ... is that the one? :)

Thank you SD for the response, but it's not the same. The block that I saw, has triangle at the end of the block.
