Question Looking for the Simplest Tablerunner Pattern

I am very basic in my sewing ablilties and wondered if anyone has a very simple tablerunner pattern? I already have the one with the pointed ends with the button on each end.

Thanks!
Pat

Here is one from the Moda Bake Shop that uses a charm pack but you could substitute 5" squares. http://www.modabakeshop.com/2009/01/...le-runner.html

Here is another one that uses a Jelly Roll but you could just use 2 1/2" strips. It is for christmas but could be adapted for any fabric. http://www.modabakeshop.com/2009/11/...le-runner.html

I think the simplest is just to buy a piece of BEAUTIFUL fabric in the size you want your tablerunner to be and the quilt the heck out of it. You can make it oblong, square, round, hexagon, whatever and showcase a gorgeous fabric.

the easiest is the 15 minute table runner: there are many links for it but here is a nice tutorial.

I know many pictures of these and how to make them are on this board but hard to find the posts.

The 15 min. tablerunner is easy and fun to make. You can embellish it with seasonal buttons.o-yo's etc. And they really only take 15 min. to make.
My girlfriend just made one using 3 blocks of the double 9 patch and sewed together like the regular 15 min. runner.
