I went to a quilt show today in Ripley WV and found some great WV fabric. I then stopped at walmart on my way home and found a great gold that matched it perfect (I thought).

I am looking for some pattern idea for this fabric. I am wanting to make a quilt for my nephew for his graduation.

I have that same fabric but I am making handbags for a craft show. You could just about pick any quilt pattern you like and I'm sure it would turn out great.
I live in Dunbar but I have a daughter that lives in Ripley.
Have you ever been to" Halls" in Kenna?. She gets discontued fabric and it is 2.50 a yrd, I get a lot of fabric there. Get off Kenna exit turn right, go until it dead ends turn right again and it will be on the right in a trailor. ( as soon as you make the right)

No I have never been there. Its is good fabric or the cheap walmart kind? I just started sewing again and could NOT believe the price of fabric now. Even walmart is $5 plus dollars a yard now! Do u have any pictures of your bags?
