How sad .. Sure hope they know what they stole ! Hope the quilts don't end up in a dumpster some where !

Another good reason to label our quilts also. And if we can in a way they would not be able to really see. Like an inconspicuous pocket or sewing along a seam by hand the information.

This is just downright low when family does it. I called my aunt about an item she took from my mother. Told her if she didn't bring it back I'd have her arrested. She didn't I did. Family hated what I did. but it was ok for her to steal from her own sister who happened to be on her death bed. My son hunts and has trail cams. He set a couple up in the house and we also had a home health care giver arrested. walking out with an expensive suitcase that was full of other items. She's in jail. We got hades from her family who happened to be related to one of my cousins. Yep she wentto jail for few years.
Warm thoughts go out for you and your quilts were made quite lovely. I know it feels horrible when stolen from. I take care of my elderly Dad and caretaker's and family come in and out. All my favorite skirts, sweaters and other clothing has been stolen. Quilting pins and evening dresses as well and I don't even really know what else. Yes, it stinks and feels lousy but don't let this thief take your peace as well. With Love to you
