I am sure some gremlins were hiding my quilt tops. I searched my sewing room, cleaning and sorting as I went (a bonus) and could not find those two tops I knew I had "put away". Last night I decided to look through the suitcases (I store quilts in my otherwise unused suitcases) one more time. Right there on the very bottom were those two quilt tops! I can't imagine why I didn't see them when I searched for them at least twice before, but I had not. Anyway, I am glad to have found them. I took my picture of "lost tops" off the door. My shelf of tops that need to be put together and quilted is getting rather full. Think I'm going to have to take time out and do some "finishing up".

Sounds like you're like me, I like to put them together, but drag my heels about getting the finished product done. Glad to know the Gremlins were done playing and put things back where they belong, teehee.

I think we all have gremlins. sometimes having my hubby look also helps. four eyes are better than two.

I am so glad that you found them. I had one go missing for a bit. It was the top for a small wall hanging. It was in between the folds of a larger one. Sure feels good when they come out of hiding.

Can't say that I've ever lost a top (guess that means I haven't been quilting long enough, or just don't accomplish enough tee hee), but I lose patterns all the time. I really need to get myself organized one of these days.

So glad you found them. Don't you hate it when you put something away and can't remember where?

Glad you found them. A GPS sure would be handy in the sewing room. I'm missing two needle threaders today.
