I just got a Clover yoyo maker. I really like making these. Have made about 75 in a couple of days from scraps. But now i need some ideas on what to do with them. Thanks!

I had a pattern in a quilting magazine that shows using them for the wheels for a baby carriage that is appliqued. Very cute. Have to confess that I tore the pattern out of the magazine so I don't remember which magazine or when it was published. If they are small, I have seen them used to embellish the center of appliqued flowers or wheels for trucks or trains.

They make great centers for dresden plate quilts.

In the olden days 1930-1940's my mom made a "bedspread" with them. You can either tack them to a backing (she used red) or have a colored sheet on the bed then the yo-yo spread over it and the sheet shows thru. Very pretty.

I saw a wall hanging with birdhouses in a garden made of yo-yo flowers with small green rickrack for the stems.

If you have any kids in the family you might check into the patterns at Indygo Junction. They're adorable. http://www.indygojunctioninc.com/sto...roducts_id=711

Yoyos make great accents on tote bags.

I have the yo-yo maker, too. I made a bedspread. I'm getting ready to make throws with backings.
