A while ago I posted a picture of a Baltimore Album style quilt I've made and I'm considering having it machine quilted. I'm getting lazy in my old age and I would rather have it sooner then way later. I would appreciate your comments and possible quilting design

I found the picture and reposted

It's so, so pretty. Feathers always make a good quilting pattern.

It's beautiful! A lot of applique quilts have cross-hatching done so the applique is the show and not the quilting.

Try going to webshots or photobucket and do a search for 'baltimore album quilts'. You'll find lots of beauties, I'm sure.

I love your quilt. I keep saying I'm going to make one, but they kinda scare me. That's a lot of applique. I have no suggestions for quilting it. I'm just sitting here admiring it.

Beautiful. Talk with someone that does a lot of machine quilting and they will tell you what might look best. I have tops machine quilted now due to "Arthur Itis" visiting so often and go in with my idea and she sometimes she suggests something else. It works well for me and love the finished work.
