Can anyone recommend a machine quilter in Central Wisconsin? I have lost mine and am looking for a new one.

I would try my local quilt shop. They usually have cards from longarm quilters who are looking for new customers. Or ask someone from a local quilt guild.

or look for a member here in the classifieds that does this work. post that you are looking for a quilter and want pm replies.
