    Yes you can remove them and put on other rulers. They just peel off. I don't know how many times you can do this, but it is possible. Hope you love them as much as I do.

    They are between 1/16 and 1/8" thick. I put them on 2 sides of my ruler and did not have any teeter when I used it.
