Does anyone know where I can get this pattern? Or one similar?

i got mine from caroldoak.com in her free patterns. mine makes a square easy enough to put the geese around also

You beat me to the site..I got mine off bearpaws...Never did anything with it once I finished it...hangs on my bullentin bd wondering what it should become a quilt or pillow...
