These are very pretty and I have seen them in the warehouse but not the batiks I think of like Hoffman. These are more graphic and highly colorful. They seem more in the tie dye line to me. And I have quiet a lot of them!

You are absolutely right. I have used these for backings and they do great. I agree Hoffman's are the best!

I too have ordered from them twice. One of the fabrics was not a full yard. I called them and without any questions, they sent me a new piece.
Great place to buy fabric.

I'm lucky to live in Little Rock, Ark., which is less than two hours from Marshall's in Batesville -- so it's a fun trip for us quilting gals. We always find plenty of fabric to make the trip worthwhile -- and we always have lunch at Elizabeth's Restaurant, which is only five blocks or so away. (YUMMY hot rolls!) It's closed on Mondays. So -- fabric and food! What's not to love?

I've purchased from them several times and been very happy. They also have an eBay store with even better prices on large cuts. I've gotten some good deals from there, too.

I live in Batesville and shop at Marshall's a great deal. They carry major manufacturers and the prices are good. I have to fight myself to keep from over shopping!
