I seem to remember someone mention that a company was coming out with a line of the Maxine fabric. I love the Maxine character and have a friend who does as well and I thought it would be fun to make her something using it but I can't find it anywhere. Any ideas?

It's from Kaufman fabrics. Here's a link to some.

There are other places as well. Do a google search for Kaufman Fabrics Maxine, and you'll find other sites.

We carry the Maxine fabrics for a little less than the other shop. Follow the link at the bottom, in the signature line.

One of the ladies I work with also is a school lunch lady. She thought this fabric would be great for making a vest to wear in the cafeteria!

(It's probably all the kids hear anyway...)

I love Maxine, too, and just got 2 panels. Can't wait to get the rest to make a lap quilt for DD's Giving Tree raffle. I wish they would do a panel of her patriotic cartoons.

Thanks so much. I knew the Board would come through for me. I'm going to bookmark these two responses and buy when I finish my latest project.
