I know I saw a thread about this on here not long ago, but at the time I did not pertain to me. I now have a Mercury and am looking for more info on it. Research indicates it was made in Japan in the 1950's, but not much else.....Any other info would be wonderful. Also if you can guide me to where I may be able to find a manual and/or attachments for it.

I have pics of mine. It is a class 15 Singer clone. Attachments are easy to find and I use universal needles in mine and it works fine.

There is not much history to be found on class 15 clones. The Japanese were not great on details. However, generic manuals are not to hard to find. Is yours a Dial-a-Matic like my avatar?
