Merry Christmas !!!

Merry Christmas to all and a great quilting New Year.
My daughter gave me a unique present. She found an old wooden thread cabinet that was probably homemade of plywood by a master craftsman. It was fully stocked with threads. It was like a walk through time. Many of the spools were wooden and had names that I haven't seen in 40 years. I was surprised to find that K mart and Boscov sold thread. I will bet some of you remember Grants. The prices were even better. 15 cents, 5 for a dollar etc. Almost every spool said Boil Fast. How long has it been since we had to boil our laundry? I will be busy filling it up with my own "newer" thread in the next couple of days.
