mitten quilt block

Default mitten quilt block

have been looking for a quilt block with a mitten on it for a friend. she is a first time quilter but has been sewing for some time. anyone have a patter they could share or a site to find a pattern for her. thanks in advance for any help given

All you need is to trace a hand, there's a mitten, when you applique it to the background you could add a cuff.

Buggy barn has a pattern with a stack and whacked quilt block of mittens. It also has a row of snowmen and stocking caps.

When i tried to go to the site, it wouldn't let me. something is wrong.
I'd love a whole quilt of mittens, you could do a match game with them. picture a whole king size quilt that way, awesome.

I went to the allpeoplequilt website and put "mitten quilt block" into the search site space. It led me to a wonderful quilt called "Mittens and Snowflakes Wall Quilt." The pattern could easily be adapted to use mittens only, and adding a few more mitten blocks could make it into a bed-sized quilt.
