I don't like how it looks either. But as I mentioned, it's a usability test.
Apparently, less computer-savvy users get confused and don't know where to click if they don't see an underlined link. Don't know how much truth there is to this theory, but it's worth checking out.
So I want to collect some stats to see if underlining links actually makes any difference.
