More needle threading help

I got DH to take a few pics so maybe this will help. I learned this from cross-stitch (diagram I think) instructions years ago and have used it ever since.

Takes some practice and sometimes it takes me more than one try but it is a LOT easier than threading the needle on my old Singer Genie ;-)

put thread between finger and thumb
[ATTACH=CONFIG]117604[/ATTACH]

pull down until just invisible but remember where it is
[ATTACH=CONFIG]117624[/ATTACH]

slide eye of needle between pinched fingers right were you put the thread
[ATTACH=CONFIG]117625[/ATTACH]

as needle eye slides over thread you can slowly unpinch
[ATTACH=CONFIG]117706[/ATTACH]

then grab the thread poking out above the eye and pull it through
[ATTACH=CONFIG]117707[/ATTACH]

And if you wet the NEEDLE, not the thread, it works really well!

I had not heard that before reading it in the other thread (hehe) yesterday...but I tried it and it worked great!
