They haven't had Hoffman batiks before... will have to check that out!
The quilt name brand quality fabric is to the right when you walk in on the shelves on the wall that go down the length and width of the building. Hoffman is at the end near the corner. I could spend several hours in that one part of the warehouse. I say warehouse instead of store because it is an old warehouse, no expense spent to make it pretty. LOL. but once inside, it's fabric heaven.

Marshall's wholesale is where my fabrics for the Log Cabin Quilt (Marbleicious prints) came from. The fabrics are really very nice fabrics and the prices -- I don't think they can be beaten in many places! If I ever go through there, I'll have to have a banker and a semi -- a banker to pay for the fabrics, and a semi to haul the fabrics in! LOL! Jeanette

Marshall's is located in Batesville, AR.

Fun trip! One of these days I'd love to visit both places.

My sister and I are planning a trip to Marshall's when she retires in a couple of years. I throw "fabric" money in a jar saving up! I'm glad to hear that you loved it!

Marshall's is a fabric distributor. I see many quilt shop vans in the parking lot and see them loading up the van with bolts of fabric. They also ship to quilt shops. If you sign up for the rep's wholesale email you will know what the shops are paying for bolts of fabric. The newsletter will show all the new fabric lines and the price.

we have a Marshall's here in St Augustine, but its not a dry good store-(just clothing and housewares) I think dry good stores in Florida went out when Disney came in.
