Downtown Berlin is Helping Hands Quilt shop - nice selection but high prices - has a bargain area downstairs. Other small shops and shopping in Berlin - heart of Holmes County and Amish life in Ohio. Enjoy
All of the above and Grandma Fannie's in Berlin and further east in Dover Oh is The Material Girl Fabric Outlet - fantastic selection and great help with choices from the owner, Wendy. Holmes, Tuscarawas County area has lots of shops.

You must make a stop at Fabric Shop in Waynesville, OH just north of Cincinnati. You can get to it off of interstates 71 or 75 via state route 73. They have a fantastic selection of fabric. They also sell online. http://www.fabricshack.com/

Fabric Shack is my favorite here in Ohio by all means. They are so nice and accommodating. Right now, they're holding a bolt of fabric for me til Saturday. They've been holding it since Wed.

If you're close to Huber Heights there's Sulphur Grove Quilt Shop and in the neighboring city of Beavercreek there is The Mason Jar. Both are pretty small, but nice. I like the Fabric Shack in Waynesville, too. Of course, Waynesville has lots of antique & gift shops. It's fun to make it a day in Waynesville.

The Inn at Walnut Creek has great priced rooms, clean and good breakfast. Wonderful views. When we went it was $69 per night. Renees down the street has great food according to husband. Also got great meals in Berlin. The coffee shop is a nice central place for husband to rest/wait/read newspaper and they have good coffee.

Country Craft Cupboard in Berlin is a great little shop with things I was never able to find anywhere else. Be sure and check out the basement. Across from Helping Hands.

I go twice a year (5 hours away) for two retreats and love the whole area.
