I went to a thrift shop today and found 6 quilting book patterns - two from Eleanor Burns...20 Cents a piece...Woohoo...Just in time for me to start another quilt.

OMG YOu are soooooooo lucky. I am going to shop tomorrow with my DD and she takes me to all those wonderful stores and Tuesday Morning too. Have to look for quilting books at Thrifttown. Never even thought about it. Thanks for sharing.
Cabbage Rose is moving across the street from their current location and I am going to their moving sale tomorrow. Hope everything is really marked down. LOL. And I hae to pick up DOnated Dropped off Quilts for Project LINus there.

this is a place that is all donations and all the money goes to Animals...the woman who runs it is great!!! She prices everything really low and the place is spotless...Someone donated all of a woman's sewing items...she sold the sewing machine and a ton of other stuff. I did not have time to go through all of it...so many new items in the packages. 3 for 75 cents...zipper, thread, scissors, all really nice items. I may have to go back tomorrow at lunch.
