Personally, I would make black bead eyes and a button nose...Use a little rouge applied with a Qtip for the cheeks and NO mouth......done several this way. I like to think the mouth is hidden in the beard....it will cute with or without features. I love these mini's. Been making a few myself.......originally, I wanted to reduce stash....Ha! Hasn't even made a dimple....LOL!!!

Love your pattern and you did a super neat job on the piecing Miz Mary! Yay for you & paper piecing!
