On Thursday I went to the Phoenix Sewing, Quilting and Craft Show (the first day of the show). I was chatting with the extremely nice owner of a store called Stitch in Time while buying a few patterns. Somehow we made an instant connection and I ended up working in her booth on Saturday. I had so much fun, and met lots of quilters who were attracted to her beautiful displays. I feel so lucky to have made a wonderful new friend!

Sounds like fun, I'm jealous! There are several tradeshows I'd like to hit this year, but we'll have to see if my schedule allows.
