No one will know unless you tell them.

I don't think there is ANY specific directions that geese must be. If you're done with the quilt, can't you lay it upside down so that the geese are heading in the direction you want on the bed (make the bottom edge the top and visaversa) ??

Giggling here with your response....of course that's the perfect answer!!! I agree with everyone else that it's just fine, I'm sure. Why are we so often our own worst critic's?

I guess I don't get it. I thought geese on a quilt could go any direction.

Did someone, somewhere say that the geese had to be pointing a certain direction (doesn't make sense to me, BTW).

??

Have you ever seen birds that have gotten into the fermented fruit under a cherry tree? Hilarious! They fly all over in every direction! They really do look like drunks! Maybe your geese have been doing a little "bird partying? Lol! Don't sweat it. It was a design decision.....we will never tell.

Love them. Wouldn't have recognized they were upside down if you hadn't pointed it out.

As my cake decorating teacher said, there is no wrong way just your way. as long as it is consistent and you are happy that is all that matters. A quilter once told me ass a hand piercer and quilter , never take out a stitch as you are working. If it still bothers you when you are finished then remover the bad stitch.

Let the geese fly where they want. They always get where they're going.
