PM Billy - Lostn51 on this quilt site and see if he knows where to get a belt for it. One of the attachment needs a thumb screw and is a seam guide, screws into a hole on the bed of machine, fabric slides in front of it to make a straight seam.

Thank you. I checked the serial number, I believe it was made in 1874 because I did not see any Singer serial numbers beginning with an "I." I also have the belt but it broke when the guy at Goodwill was trying to open it. I feel in love with the cabinet before I saw the machine. I'm still in shock myself. Hard to believe the old girl looks so good for being that old! She has been well taken care of. You have a beauty. Mine is early 1900's and didn't look near as good when I got her. Belts are easy to find on line and so are the little staples that hold them together. You did good!!
I did not include the last zero when I checked the serial number. I guess I just could not believe I had found a machine that date prior to 1900.
