The second edition of my article (now 29 pages long) is attached. I had to split it into 2 parts to get it to upload. Sorry for the inconvenience.

It includes more about Singer style boxes and covers more ruffler presser-feet, as well as lots of other changes.

Regarding style boxes, the attribution of styles 12 and 13 is dubious, but it makes sense.

As I can change the article when I want to, all comments and suggestions are welcome.
