My iron bit the dust
#12
Rowenta without shut off here. If I'm in a hurry and don't let the iron heat up enough, it'll start leaking water. I figure that's my fault...not the iron's fault.
The iron and a hanging light are plugged into a surge protector that I unplug when I'm finished.
Light on? Iron and surge protector still plugged in - Light off? Surge protector and Iron unplugged!

I have an Oliso and it isn't heavy. The first one quit working on me after a couple of years and I emailed the company and they said to mail it to them and they mailed me a brand new one for free. Can't beat that. But I also have a Velocity by Reliable that I love. But I would like to have a B and D. I think you can't beat the price. My friend bought one quite a few years ago and she liked how heavy her's was. Said it got all the wrinkles out. Don't know if they are lighter now or not. Wouldn't mind having a heavy iron.
