I got my longarm machine yesterday. I spent most of the rest of the day setting up the frame. wow, I'm not used to that kind of physical labor. But I got it up with the help of my DSI. Today I spent getting the machine set up and ready to sew. Then I played and played and played. Now I'm tired and need to get some much needed sleep. Didn't sleep much last night or the night before. Too excited. I'll post a pic in the next day or so.

Congrats and welcome to the longarmers! In no time, you will be seeing quilting designs EVERYWHERE! I once wanted to ask my pastor if I could take a picture of his shirt! My family has to take me by the arm if we go to Las Vegas...I'm taking pictures of the carpet! Oh, and my DH says I cannot quilt past 8:30PM. If I do, I thrash around in the bed all night long! AHhh..Dreaming of quilting!

Ruthie, I am so happy for you! I know exactly how you feel. I got mine in January. Remember there is a hefty learning curve to them, just keep playing and it will just come to you all of the sudden. Then the real fun begins!!! Sleep tight!
