I just finished painting my two cabinets, One is a hoosier that came with our house, It was in bad shape, but I didn't feel like changing the old peeling paint, so last year I moved it in to my 9by10 sewing room, and put everything to do with computers in it, Then I moved my old armoire in too, My materials are in there, I bought a little dinning room table, and it is now my cutting board. I think ,I paid 20 dollors for it. So I think I'm done . It looks real cute, Small but I can't leave,so big a mess, No room. Our house was build in 1925, Small all over.

This was my grandma"s tredle,I took it out of the cabinet and now sew on top

I love the turquiose color. Nice job re-purposing the cabinet. Looks like you have lots of storage too!

What a sweet room! My sewing room in 7 1/2 x 12--so the same sq footage as yours. Yours seems to flow better than my narrow space. Thanks for sharing!

Love your room! I like how you used the old treadle drawer for storage. I have seen them many time but never thought of a way to use them.
