    here's the second foot, another acquisition from the thrift store purchase i mentioned here: http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-64845-1.htm

    it looks like a rolled hem foot, but the guide seems too big, and it's on the wrong side (the roll is on the left instead of the right :?: ). also, i can't even figure out how to use it. the roll is so small and so close to the needle, it's driving me crazy!

    do you know what this is for? thanks in advance.

    Best guess it's a piping foot, to make your own piping. Does the parts move or is it fixed? Couldn't tell from the pics.

    Perhaps for making "handkerchief" hems which are just a simple, VERY small rolled hems.
