Back in June I placed an order after seeing someones fabric from the civil fat quater club from this -n - that so I joined. WEll, I got an e-mail July 7th order shipped YIPE every day I look no fabric, look some more still no fabric, 2 weeks go by so I e-mail them with a copy of the shippment they promptly e-mail me back saying will ship again. Okay excitment is back and brewing again. So I watch and I watch (I'm starting to feel like a dog who is waiting for his master to come home) and I watch, by the way they were to ship again July 19th at the lastest I'm still watching.

I did e-mail them yesterday to cancel this order refund my money and cancel all pending orders since I could have driven to PA 50 times by now (oh I live in OHIO)

That is disappointing! If you're like me, you know exactly what time the mailman passes and literally run to the box.

I agree, it is always hard to wait for mail.. the good stuff.. not the junk mail.. but something you have ordered!

I hope you can find another outlet for your fabric wishes !!!

I don't have any horror stories!
Did have on company that split shipment and didn't tell me. Part came one week, then waited day by day for the rest of it. Since it hadn't come by the end of the week, I called them and they said to give it another business day and if nothing to then call them back and let them know. Monday, the rest came. The lady at the internet shop did apologize for not letting me know they were splitting the shipment.
But, that's really not a horror story.
Guess I've been lucky so far....
I just have the honor of waiting forever for the mail. Sometimes the 7-10 shipping is right on schedule, other times it can be as long as 21 days. :(

Renee....I do hope you get this all resolved.

That is my next step. I wish I could remember who bought from them and joined there club (from here). That is one reason why I joined.

I would be talking to someone in charge, getting my money back and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
