Thread: Need Advice

Hi, My daughter has asked me to make her a quilt using brocade. My question is, what kind of fabric do I use for backing? Thanks, I know I will get good answers here.

if your brocade is what I think it is then the lightest weight backing you can find,

Unless you want a very heavy and warm quilt, I would use a cotton backing and no batting. Or maybe just a layer of flannel for batting :D:D:D
