I bought this
bathmat for my master and Im trying to find a fun fabric to make a valance with. Not sure if I do plain, circles or squares? I am trying to pull out that baby blue color as my bath is tan in color.
Should I do a pattern or something solid??

thank you so much

I think I would look for the blue fabric with your browns in it or visaversa. Very popular color combination for fabric right now. Would look stunning. You can use any type of pattern in the fabric as long as it goes with the colors you choose.

Another thought, if you wanted to do a strip of the baby blue. I made valances that are navy above the pocket rod, then reg. material, then navy over the rod portion, big drop down of reg. fabric and then end it with a 3" navy at the bottom.

How about a paisley swirl...my daughter has these colors in her bathroom with a patterned valance and also the same on the bottom of the shower curtain...

Great colors. They are really "in" right now. Anxious to see what you found at the LQS.

Check out the Moda collection by Sweetwater called Pure. It's all the same colors as the bathmat.
