Have you looked on Whittle's or Thousands of Bolts web sites? I just looked and saw quite a bit. Also, I've looked into the Shop Hop shops that are listed - seems like a few of them have sales on seasonal fabrics.

The Stitch-N-Frame site has several Christmas lines on sale as well - here is the link to the sale page

http://www.stitch-n-frame.net/cgi-bi...menu-3000.html

I have purchased from them several times - nice people.

I have had very good luck with the 200 quilt shops site. It shows every shop that has a fabric you are looking for. It is called quiltshops.com.

I know the feeling. Our local fabric stores seem only to be stocking so called christmas fabrics in weird 60's clothing fabric colors or muddy looking reds and greens. True traditional bright red and greens are scarce as hen's teeth and quite costly. Cloth castle in Victoria, BC. has some nice Christmas plaids and some pretty poinsettia prints as well as the modern xmas prints but in canada due to duty to import our cottons from the states the fabrics are around 15 t0 18 a meter ( 3 inches more than a yard)unless you ask for whats in the attic, which are last years faabrics and less by 30 to 40 % than this years. Their website is not set up for mail order but the gals describe color and prints very well and the website to email is clothcastle.com or their phone no is 250-478-2112.
Another quilt shop on Vacouver Island that is excellent and will do mail order advertises in our WestshoreQuiltersGuild.com newsletters but may not be mentioned in the website so you could look on 411.ca and find the mailing adress on York Street in Duncan,BC, Canada and the phone number for Creative Quilting. Very helpful owner and good assortment to select from. I do not have web info on the store as it is just 45 min from home so I drive up and fondle the fabric

I forgot to recommend you check with a local quilt guild re the ads in their newsletters as many local internet fabric and pattern companies advertise with the local guilds. Do you have access to the free newspaper that is in Canadian fabric stores called the Country Register. It lists many companies websites and lots of guild and show date info as well.

If you like traditional colors for your Christmas fabrics, look for Hoffman holiday prints. Though they usually do one "different" colorway each year, they always have nice deep red and green designs to choose from. You can find them LOTS of places.

Don't know what they have yet, but I just got this email,

Going out of business notice: www.QuiltingAsYouWish.com

Dear Customers, we would like to let you know how much we have appreciated
your business, however I have decided to close www.QuiltingAsYouWish.com to
seek other new opportunities.
Everything in the store has been marked down drastically! All fabrics are
$5/yd and less - some as low as $1/yd. All notions and patterns are marked
down too.
August 31st, 2009 will be the last day we will be taking orders.
Again, thank you for being such wonderful customers and may all your ups and
downs be with a needle and thread!
Gina ~
