Default Need help finding Janome part

I need a new set of cutters for my automatic thread cutter on my my Janome 6500. I live in Yuma, Az and don't have a repairman here. I have tried but one store told me it has been back order for 6 weeks! Any suggestions.

There is a place called Quilter In The Big Blue House. Sandy Turner and her husband offer quilting services. Mr. Turner does the sewing machine repairs etc., I plan to call them tomorrow to make sure they are home cuz I have machines that need servicing. Their local phone # is 928-342-0292.

Have you search for the part on eBay?? I recently bought an Bernina walking foot for my older model and it works great. I just only buy things located in the USA.

Thanks for the help. Janome will only sell parts like that to certified dealers. I did find online bobbin cases, feet and such. I will try the spots you said. I will keep searching cuz sewingsewing not as much fun without my auto thread cutter! We have gotten spoiled.
