A few weeks ago one of the ladies posted a picture of strips hanging down from a curtain rod that she had placed beads on in a staggered pattern. My stepdaughter is going to visit her grandparents for the summer and while she's gone, her room is getting a surprise makeover. I loved this window treatment! Any help finding it please?
