At my job, each department is responsible for sponsoring a staff session. This month is my turn and I was thinking that I would attempt to do something using fabric (can dig into my scrap bag). The group consists of 18 employees, ages between 18 and 65, men and women, sewers and non-sewers (mostly non). I thought maybe I would end up with a banner or wall hanging that would be, in some manner, contributed by all. I NEED HELP! I figured this group of talented, innovative, creative ladies would give me some very good ideas.

What about giving each person a square of fabric. Then letting them do something on it, draw, embrodiery, etc., and then putting it all together in a banner/wall hanging.

What about a fabric ornament of some sort. With Christmas coming up you can use them at work then they will have something to take home with them.
