I'm looking for the name/quilt that has a bunch of rectangles sewed together from top to bottom. You make 4-6 rows then separate them with a strip of fabric. I turns out to be a strip a row of rectangles, a strip a row of rectangles.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks,

stacked Coins? bricks?

I think there are patterns free on moda bakeshop and the Mary quilts website if this is the one.

Is it a coin quilt or a Chinese coin? But those are long strips separated by wider sashing.

I guess I am confused, I though penny quilts had round circles like penny rugs. Hope someone can help:)

You are not confused, you are right. I thought the name of the quilt was penny quilt, that's why I couldn't find what I wanted. I knew it had something to do with money. Coin quilt IS what I was looking for. You saved me hours of searching, thank you so much. :-)
