My little town has this great festival coming up.Its called "Hillbilly Days" and its great. All kinds of crafts, bluegrass music and a quilt show!

This is the only local quilt show we ever have, so I'm looking forward to it.

And a link about Hillbilly Days themselves:

Our little town of 6000 hosts over a million visitors for this festival! The entire town shuts down, they block off the streets (all 5 of them, LOL) and its all for a good cause, the Shriners Hospital.

Anyone that is coming this way, message me, I'd love to meet up with you!

Oh I wish I lived closer! We live about an hour or so from the Kentucky border. Is it close to Middlesboro or Pineville?

Pike county is in the eastern part of KY - it borders Virginia & West Virginia. Beautiful country.

It looks to be about 130 miles from Harrogate.

Diamond Rose is correct, its the Eastern most point of Ky. We do have some beautiful mountains here. We just need better roads to get here, and more fabric stores, LOL.

Thank you! I'm too far west to make it there.
