I am a new quilter and my biggest challenge is to not get puckers in my quilts as I am machine quilting. I don't do any fancy stuff right now, just basics, but still end up with puckers. Can anyone help me with this problem? Thanks!

Starch your backing fabric. Make sure your backing is taut as you pin or baste. Many folks tape it to a floor or clamp it to a table. Pin or baste very well. Don't be skimpy.

Do you use a walking foot? Best investment. Slow down; and use a little longer stitches. Are puckers on top or bottom?

be sure not to stretch the bias too.. Lots and lots of starch will help.. and I second the pins..

Hello and welcome from central Alabama. My best advice is starch, stretch, lots of pins, use a walking foot, and alternate sewing directions across the quilt.
