I need a new hand project to do. seems I've done a lot of stuff and don't need much more.
but I want to do something by hand. the time wasted in front of the tv. I'm open for suggestions.

Redwork blocks? They have some great patterns out now.
How about hand quilting a quilt in a hoop? My current TV hand projects are knitting socks and crocheting an afghan for this winter...

I'm currently considering appliqué as my next hand project. Maybe Baltimore appliqué? The book "Mi Amor Legacy Appliqué" looks like it would make a stunning quilt. And it will keep me busy a while...

What about a tumbling block quilt?
This is what I'm thinking about doing, because I HAVE to have a hand sewing project going. Saw a site that showed the hexagon divided into 3 diamonds, therefore making tumbling blocks! I think I wrote the link down somewhere, will see if I can find it, and come back and post it.
