My SIL lives in Florida, and has requested that I make her a skirt for her Florida theme Christmas tree. I am looking for ideas. Does anyone know where I can find patterns for palm trees, manatees, flamingos, etc. I would appreciate all the help I can get....thanks

What fun! I love the palm trees with the huge dangling ball ornaments. You should be able to find coloring pages with flamingos and such.

There are some fun flamingo fabrics, too

For patterns for flamingos, palm trees and such, you could use clip art. Just Google it. you'll find a ton! Also, kids coloring books are a great source for pictures too!

How about a santa in a swim suit? That's popular here in FL.

My mil once got a Florida Snowman from her brother. It was like a snowglobe but it was just the water, nose, pieces of coal for the eyes, etc. It was so cute. It was about teh size of a 12 oz. glass. It would be cute and useful also.
