Default Need ideas for a Zebra print fabric pattern

I want to make a quilt for a teen with zebra strip print fabric and a medium pink and of course black and white as needed. I figure with the strips of the zebra print it might not look so good in a small square, but I want to do more than just have a "strippy" kind of quilt or just charm size squares. I was thinking a Northern Star pattern, but still not sure.

Anyone have any suggestions on a pattern/block for this kind of print?

I am going to make this larger. It is now 40x50" (crib size) I have found this arrangement very good for larger and specific type prints.

pacific rim quilt company has a two fabric applique of a zebra. It is 24x36 and you could then add borders to enlarge it if you want to put zebra stripes into a zebra.

How about a log cabin? You could use the zebra print, black, and white on 1 side of the cabin and the pink for the other side.

I just made one with zebra prints for my GD. I used reg. zebra print and white on white zebra print. I went to Thousands of Bolts.com, picked out similar material and used their Quilters toolbox, and was able to see what it would look like before sewing. You can then copy the instructions for the block you choose.

How about this one? I bought the pattern on ebay. I used black and white zebra pattern for the larger squares, solid black and primary colors. You could use all pink instead of the small primary color squares. It is a modern design and might appeal to a young person.
