The funk can be in the fabric. If you use funky enough fabric, you can just make a sampler quilt. Try out every block that you've never tried, but use some crazy fabric.

o.k. i'm started on funky bugs, it will be donated to the st.Jude's kids hospital they advertise on t.v. all the time. i need to contact them to see if they have room for it on a wall, if not Ronald Mcdonal house.
