Need New Pattern Ideas

Recently I asked for pattern ideas for a wedding signature quilt. The measurements are different than what I thought. Each square is 5" x 5 3/4". It is going to be a king size. Any ideas for quilt patterns?

Sounds like rather weird block measurements to me, but how about a 9-patch and rails? F&P had one in a book done with black prints and white, and it was very pretty and had lots of signing space.
