Does anyone have a pattern or can give me ideas to make a quilt from embroidered pillowcases? Purchased 5 boxes of embroidered pillowcases at an auction, and would love to make a quilt from them, something besides a qrazy quilt. I thought I saw something some one posted on here that had done one. Thanks

Oh my gosh.....this is incredible!!!!! I can't quite figure out how your friend did this. How did she put a block together. For instance, some of the pillowcases I have, are of course embriodered and crocheted at the bottom. How would I add to the bottom if all of the embroidery work is right at the bottom? Am I confusing you? ( I'm confusing myself.. ) This would be the first quilt I have ever put together without a pattern.

How could you incorporate the crocheted bottoms and how do you remove the yellowing that occurs with age. I have bleached some but it tends to come back.
