    need some help with sashing

Need some suggestions on the sashing on this quilt. Is the pink too much? What kind of sashing would you do? Suggestions please and thank you. I am not sure about this one at all.

    I really like the pink.
Besides my family, my pets are the most important things to me. I have had birds, a dog or cats since I was about 8 years old. The cruelest thing you can do to me is take my animals away.

I like the pink, but I do think it is a tad overpowering. Could you just make it narrower?

I agree. I think a much narrower sashing would look better. Maybe 1".

I like the pink also, but maybe lighter like the focus picture. It almost draws your attention away from the focus pictures which are so cute.

What a cute bunch of blocks! I think the pink is too much, have you thought of using the purple that is on the ladies' dresses in the block middle row on the right?
Quilts and cats just go together!

I was thinking the purple, too. I like the pink as a color but I think it overwhelms the cute blocks and detracts from them

I too find it a bit over powering, have you tried a paler pink, or even a black or white, very cute quilt

That's a darling quilt top going there! I'm also thinking the pink is over powering the adorable blocks. Perhaps narrower or lighter or that purplish color. A black would be nice...
