I have 18 cotton panel religious pictures..I want to use them in a quilt for my mother..they are all about 5x7 in size..I am still a novice at quilting..anyone got any ideas ?? I could really use the help..

I think shadow box style would be good. It would frame them nicely. You would have to make the 'frame sections' smaller than what is usually offered as not to overwhelm the pictures themselves.

Maybe you could post a picture of them here? Sometimes I frame with solid sashing - I am big on kona solids.
