I got this fabric from a member in the mail today, I want to make a baby quilt but there is not enough of just the pink so I bought the blue too hoping to combine them some how. all suggestions welcome there is approx 1 yard of each. The baby is a girl and I do have other pinks I can blend in. I freeze up if I don't have a pattern lol.

So, you have approximately 36" x 40" of the pink. A very simple but cute quilt would be to add a small border (green or white) around the pink John Deere piece and then use your pinks to make another border of piano keys or simple blocks. You could then use the blue John Deere fabric to make a similar baby boys quilt to have in reserve.

Very cute Idea.I really was wanting to make it larger than a regular size baby quilt but I may have to do that if I don't figure out how to combine the two. Or see what pinks I can match up to add borders.

I think I will cut them apart and add white sashings and then go with the piano key border as was suggested.
Thanks all,
Rae
