I would be a bit concerned about the top left brown print and the black and white prints. When I do neutral quilts, I get best results with tonal prints only, and shades of light grey, taupe and tan/cream. I think the black and white prints would 'pop' out too much, but not sure what your selected pattern looks like, so just food for thought. Here are two neutral quilts I did, both with the same pattern but different fabrics. (Some of mine would be too dark under your guidelines however.)

I agree. Either keep that one and lose the whites, or keep the whites and lose that one. I've noticed about scrappy quilts, they can look perfect except for one fabric that can pull things out of balance. It's a little too dark and depending on the pattern, could possibly end up disrupting the pattern or drawing the eye away. It's hard to explain, but it looks like an empty spot or invisible spot.

I love choosing the right fabrics for a certain project. Good luck

I also think the brown in upper left corner is borderline, but if you make sure that the darks that are going to be surrounding it have enough contrast, it will be alright.

Take the bag away and that sole brown fabric will be even more of a stand out.

I think I would use any and all but the dark beige in the upper left hand corner, as I think it's too dark to really be called a neutral, but that's just my humble opinion; the rest are a good mix.
